The Puni Gold 5 Year Old is the most straightforward expression of Puni Distillery . This Italian single malt matured for five years in ex-bourbon casks and forms the foundation of the Puni range: a focus on distillate, balance, and drinkability, without pronounced wine or sherry influences.

Compared to the Arte and Vina editions, Gold is noticeably drier, fresher, and less aromatically driven by the cask . The bourbon wood influence remains classic and controlled, with vanilla, light honey, and a soft oak structure. This isn't a complex powerhouse, but a refined, modern single malt that focuses on clarity and finesse.
