This Isle of Jura 12-Year-Old was bottled in September 2022 by Cadenhead's , Scotland's oldest independent bottler. It's part of the Original Collection , which stands for natural bottling: non-chill-filtered, no added colorants , and bottled at 46% ABV .

The whisky was matured in Manzanilla sherry casks , a dry and crisp sherry style from Sanlúcar de Barrameda. This complements the maritime, slightly salty character of the Jura perfectly, adding tension and finesse without becoming sweet.

• Nose: sea air, green apple, citrus, almond and a light floral note

• Taste: fresh and tight, with malt, citrus zest, light nuttiness, subtle saltiness and dry sherry influences
