DIRECTIONS
For daily care: Apply an appropriate amount of oil to the lower abdomen, lower back, or inner wrists twice daily. Gently massage in clockwise, circular motions until fully absorbed.

For periodic alignment: it is recommended to use the oil consistently for three consecutive weeks, followed by a one-week break.

For period pain or cramps: warm 3–5 pumps of the oil between your palms. Massage the lower abdomen and the lower back/sacrum area using firm, slow, clockwise circular motions. Apply a warm compress or heating pad over the area immediately afterward for faster pain relief.

For heavy period flow: focus the application on the lower abdomen and the inner ankles (just behind the ankle bone, which is a major acupressure zone for uterine and hormonal health in traditional reflexology). Apply gently twice daily between period (not during period) and particularly, starting 3 to 5 days before your period begins to prime the uterine tissue.
