All Kundan stones are hand cut hence they’ve a raw and uncut finish to its edges. It’s not to be considered a defect but just it’s natural charm.

do)if your order contains both items, we will dispatch the complete order only once the made to do products are also ready, kindly do not place your order with pre booking products if it’s time sensitive . The product status will be mentioned as ready to ship or pre booking above the product title , our humble request .

DISPATCH TIMEFRAME :
Once you've placed the order with us,the product is dispatched to you within 7-10 working days days for all items that are ready to ship. (We are closed on Saturday-Sunday/Public Holidays)

RETURNS
All sales are final. We accept no Returns or cancellations unless an INCORRECT/DAMAGED product is delivered.
Returns/exchange request need to be placed within 24 hours of the delivery of product.
