FIT battery connector (battery terminal) for Pinion motors with short charging port cable

Cable which is connected as follows:

• FIT battery plug is connected to the battery
• JST JWPF 8-pin male is connected to the charging socket
• JST JWPF 6-pin female is connected to HMI cable or Y-cable
• Wire to wire connector is connected to range extender cable

Connector:

• 1x FIT battery connector
• 1x JST JWPF 8-Pin Male
• 1x JST JWPF 6-Pin Female
• 1x Pinion Power connector
• 1x wire to wire connector

Cable lengths:

• to charging port: 160 mm
• to motor: 300 mm
• to display cable: 70 mm
• to range extender: 120 mm

Connection to 160 mm cable:

• 500139 FIT charging socket with 4 fixing points without cap
• 500039 FIT charging socket 4Fix with rubber cap
• 500080 FIT charging socket 2Fix right and left
• 500135 FIT charging port 2Fix top and bottom
• 500954 FIT charging socket with spring flap

 Connection to 70 mm cable:

• 500098 FIT display cable for Pinion MGU
• 501309 FIT master node cable for Pinion MGU FIT with connections for accessories
