Original vintage 1980s / 90s black velvet mini skirt co-ord suit. 

This classic little black velvet suit consists of a cropped jacket edged in delicate satin ruffles and a high waisted mini skirt. Teamed with a vintage ivory pussy bow blouse to complete the set. Fully lined.

Style with so many black tights styles, and shoe styles and jewellery styles. Would look great with a sharp shirt and ruffle cuff shirt. Lots of options.
