White Truffle of Alba is the most sought by gastronomes, it has a very aromatic richness different from that of the black truffle. This specialty will bring to all of your preparations its exceptional flavor as rare as white truffle, each of your dishes and recipes would take a refined dimension. We recommend using this preparation after cooking on your risottos, mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs and of course on our range "La Bella Pasta."
