Lansdowne Downe-Lo Syrah Rosato 2021A textural, dark rosato from Lansdowne, an organically grown cool climate vineyard in the Forreston Valley of the Adelaide Hills. Made from just three rows of hand picked Syrah, whole bunch pressed and wild fermented with some whole clusters, then left unfined and unfiltered. It drinks more like a chilled light red than a typical ros and is made in very limited supply.
