A textural, dark rosato from Lansdowne, an organically grown cool-climate vineyard in the Forreston Valley of the Adelaide Hills. Made from just three rows of hand-picked Syrah, whole-bunch pressed and wild fermented with some whole clusters, then left unfined and unfiltered. It drinks more like a chilled light red than a typical rosé and is made in very limited supply.
