Named Grande Réserve in 75 cl bottles, and Magnum Grande Réserve in 150 cl bottles.

The beer name is simply Chimay. It is sold in a blue label, and so is known as Chimay Blue in English speaking countries, Chimay Bleue in French speaking countries, and so on.

Chimay Blue is a dark ale with a powerful aroma. Its complex flavour improves with passing time.

全世界仅有11家特拉普认证修道院啤酒，比利时境内有6家，分别是Achel、Chimay、Orval、Rochefort、Westmalle和Westvleteren。
智美修道院出产三种常规款啤酒，分别是蓝帽、红帽和三料（白帽），啤酒在修道院由僧侣亲自酿制，发酵完成后运输到灌装厂进行灌装出售，另外智美还出售四种特拉普修道院认证奶酪。
