This is a SCAT FE Rotating Assembly for your 428. 430 CI and comes complete with 3.980 stroke SCAT 9000 series crankshaft, Forged 6.490 H Beam rods with 7/16 cap screw bolts, Flat-top Forged pistons, Rings, Rod & Main Bearings.

THIS ASSEMBLY WILL BALANCE INTERNAL. (NOT BALANCED)
