This is the model generally adopted by the Chaoula women of the Aures. It is composed of a thick semi-circular silver wire, flattened and pierced at one end. At the other end is welded a second part, also semi-circular, which is molded with openwork and has internal and external serrations; from the latter are suspended, by jaserons, pieces of coral and small hands (khamsas), formed of thin silver blades cut with a chisel.
The jaserons are of French manufacture and reach the local jewelers marked with the small Guarantee hallmark.
