Drawn by Human Milk founder Claire in charcoal and ink. The original, a 7ft x 9ft piece, was drawn during her son's nap times for the 2016 Bristol Food Connections festival.

"The text isn't straight, which does my methodical head in, but it was a case of rushing to get little bits done every day before the toddler woke up.

Taped the paper to a wall in an old Summer house outside, using my feet and outstretched arms, a whole body experience, with the paper falling on my head many times and the spiders wondering what the hell.

The original is now on permanent loan at Bristol St-Michael's hospital maternity ward.

I posted a picture of it online and was inundated with requests for posters. I hadn't even thought of that. So it was scanned, one A1 section at a time, and reassembled digitally, before being framed and taken to St-Micheal's.

I haven't been to see it in situ yet, but I get messages occasionally from parents who say it moved them when they saw it. I can imagine it might bother some people too. That's the point of Art; feeling, thinking, conversation..." Claire
