During the tanning process, the leather skin is already soaked in oil to make it more supple and durable. The oil can thus penetrate much deeper into the pores of the leather than if the oiling is only carried out in the finished state. This ensures that the leather is more durable and remains more supple in the medium term. The leather does not dry out.
The Foster Comfort long girth is extremely softly padded and anatomically cut with a wide breastplate.
