Rome's cast iron burger griller is a great way to cook not only hamburgers over the fire, but salmon patties, crab cakes, large stuffed chicken breast, kofta etc..

Fill the cooking cavity with meat, close the lid and hold over the heat source.  Flip once or twice until done.  The slotted cast iron cavity simulates grilling on a grate and allows excess fat to drip from the meat.  4.25" cooking surface.  28" overall length.
