The warranty is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase and covers defects or premature failure in the following components: battery, tires, wheels, frame, motors, controller, and cushions.

COVERAGE

Battery: This warranty covers defects or premature failure of the power wheelchair's battery within the specified 1-year period. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of the battery.

Tires and Wheels: Defects or premature failure of tires and wheels are covered under this warranty. Damages resulting from punctures, cuts, or excessive wear due to misuse are not covered.

Frame: The warranty covers defects in the structural integrity of the power wheelchair's frame. It does not cover damages caused by neglect, accidents, or intentional harm.

Motors and Controller: Defects or premature failure of the motors and controller are covered under this warranty. Any damage resulting from neglect, accidents, or intentional damage is excluded.

Cushions: This warranty covers defects or premature failure of the wheelchair cushions within the specified 1-year period.

Damages caused by neglect, accidents, or misuse are not covered.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damages, defects, or premature failure caused by the following

• Accidents, collisions, or any form of impact.
• Inflicted damage, intentional harm, or unauthorized modifications to the product.
