To wash hat, fill a sink or basin with tepid water and wash item by hand using mild soap (such as baby wash or special wool laundry soap). Take care not to overly stretch or distort your item. To dry, press out water from item using a towel, then lay flat to dry, taking care to reshape your item as close to its original form as possible.
