This semiautomatic, four-head, isobaric, counter-pressure filling machine is suitable for bottling beverages at pressures up to 6 bar (87 psi), including sparkling wines and beer. Equipped with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for automatic control, it precisely manages filling, pressure, and level balancing while ensuring operational safety. The PED-certified storage tank allows for direct connection to bulk storage, streamlining the bottling process.

To operate, simply input the initial liquid pressure and container capacity into the programmable controller. This system allows for customized filling levels for each container and the flexibility to fill one to four containers simultaneously.
