The Arctic Expeditions & Polar Architects Book Kit immerses students in the wonders of Earth’s coldest regions through engaging stories and informational texts that explore survival, adaptation, and design in extreme environments. Books in this kit can be used during Morning Kick Starters to introduce key ideas about polar regions or within Hands-On Headquarters to inspire building challenges, habitat design, and creative problem-solving. Each title encourages students to ask questions, observe closely, and think critically about how living things survive and thrive in harsh climates.
