The Shag-It Net is designed to allow players to perform many repetitions without having to retrieve or "shag" the balls. Players can improve spiking technique, approach and arm swing as well as serving technique. The shag it net consists of a 10 foot long volleyball net installed across a corner with a 10foot high "shag net" to catch the balls. No worry of balls rolling under your feet. Balls are caught in the net.

Great for teams with limited practice space as it allows you to put another practice station in any corner.
