Provenance

Original to c.1900, this sapphire three-stone cluster is fabulous. Set with three perfectly matched, beautifully proportioned cushion old-cut natural sapphires boasting a rich admiral blue colour with glimpses of indigo that come to life as the ring moves under light. All of equal size, the combined sapphire weight is approximately 0.90ct. Grain set in gold and encircled by a cluster of old-mine cut diamonds, each cut with slightly different proportions and exhibiting its own charming sparkle. This ring offers wonderful finger coverage and sits nice and low in profile making it comfortable and practical for everyday love and wear.

• Total sapphire weight: 0.90ct
• Total diamond weight: 0.40ct

The Band

• Metal Composition: 18ct yellow gold.
• Hallmarks: marked '18ct' indicating 18ct yellow gold. Further marked with 'CS * FS' maker's mark for Cornelius Desmoreaux Saunders & Francis Hollings Shepherd, a firm of manufacturing jewellers that were founded in London in 1869.
