The NYX 10W LED Bulb from Astera has the form factor of a conventional incandescent light bulb but with the versatility of a bi-color LED light source paired with an RGBA light engine capable of millions of available colors and intensities. Hue and saturation control are provided by red, green, blue, and amber chips, plus the addition of a mint chip for an extended tonal range.

The NYX bulb may be controlled wirelessly when using the Astera PowerStation via the free Bluetooth app, CRMX, and UHF control when using the accessory wireless modules, available separately. The E26/E27 base allows it to be used in any standard light socket or lamp base, and it may also be operated using DC power sources. The cool-running bulb is fanless and silent, and its compact form factor allows it to be placed in small spaces where other lights can't fit.

The NYX Bulb Transportation Case from Astera is a corrosion-proof hard case used to carry equipment that needs to be protected from the elements. More specifically, the case is designed for eight NYX bulbs, one power supply, eight cup bouncers, and one 48VDC PSU.

It is made of an ultra-high-impact plastic that makes it extremely strong and durable. It has a hinged case with double latches that seal perfectly, and padlock protectors that provide added strength and extra security against cutting and theft.

Astera PowerStation with Built-In Battery
Designed for the NYX LED bulb, the PowerStation with Built-In Battery from Astera acts as a remote display to make settings such as color temperature, effects, and brightness that the bulb will display when connected to a powered lamp socket or PowerStation. The PowerStation will also display DMX addresses and settings that the bulb will then store in its memory. The PowerStation has a rear magnet for easy mounting and an airline track to attach mounting accessories.
