Crafted in our own workshop using traditional techniques, this beautiful ring has been thoughtfully designed to be cherished for a lifetime. At its centre sits a natural blue sapphire, chosen for its exceptional quality and distinctive colour. Personally selected by Sam during his trip to Sri Lanka - a region long celebrated as the source of the world’s finest sapphires - the stone has been responsibly and ethically sourced.
This sapphire has such a unique colour, a gorgeous cerulean blue with lighter sky-blue undertones. Oval mixed-cut and claw-set in an open-back setting, with a weight of 0.85ct. Flanked by decorative trefoil shoulders in the form of laurel leaves, grain-set with round brilliant-cut diamonds and bordered by a millegrain edge. Six in total with a combined weight of 0.08ct and perfectly matched in colour and clarity; F/G, VS.
The shoulders seamlessly flow to a solid band which comfortably conforms to the finger. The yellow gold is 14ct - our favourite alloy for its durability and soft tone - and the ring has been hallmarked at Sheffield Assay Office.
Preserving heritage by keeping traditional techniques and tastes alive.
