Hudson + Oak Cutting BoardOur cutting boards are made right here in Canada using the highest quality white maple wood. We use cutoffs when available to minimize waste. Each cutting board is lovingly formed by hand. All our cutting boards are not pre oiled, so condition your cutting board with food grade wax or coconut oil when you notice the wood on the dryer side. Wash and dry by hand. Do not use in the dishwasher, as it will warp your cutting board and make it not useable.
