Breathtaking glide and performance, whether kitefoiling, wingfoiling, windfoiling, or downwinding: the RSX 570, with its aspect ratio of 13, excels in all these disciplines.

Its most distinctive feature is its glide and ability to launch early despite its reduced surface area. Its low end is very similar to that of the DW750, but with even more glide, glide, and speed.

The RSX 570 stands out from the other RSXs in the Alpinefoil range thanks to its unique design. For this small RSX, we wanted to maintain maximum low end despite its relatively small surface area.
We therefore slightly modified the wing's outline to meet the specifications: the center of the wing was widened, while the tips were refined. The profile used on the RSX 570, identical to that of the other RSXs in the range, is particularly interesting: it allows for an excellent takeoff in light winds, with strong acceleration, without the forward force increasing with speed. This profile offers a pure and sensational glide.

The widening of the center of the wing, or root, also increased rigidity at the foil connection, in the stress zone. Indeed, with such an aspect ratio and such a small surface area, the root could have been weakened by a chord that was too weak.

Another parameter that distinguishes the RSX 570 from other wings in the range is the arch: the curvature of the wing, seen from the front, is a little more pronounced in the center and flattens out towards the tips. This helps prevent the wing from venting when the tips emerge from the water, which is crucial for a wing designed for very high speeds.

On the water, the RSX 570 is an easy wing that launches early. Its low end is very similar to that of the DW750, but its glide is truly surprising: you feel like you've unleashed the foil's full potential. Its glide is also remarkable, whether jibing or descending a small swell; the RSX 570 planes much more easily than the DW750.
In both kitefoiling and wingfoiling, it's relatively easy to exceed 30 knots*, provided you're skilled enough to fully exploit the sail's power. In windfoiling, the RSX 570 is also surprising: it launches early, jibes are easy, and acceleration is straightforward and limitless.

Personally, it's now my favorite kitefoiling wing, regardless of the conditions, whether light or strong wind. I really enjoyed my last test with the new Ozone Mach 1 in 11 m², in barely ten knots. During this test, I was equipped with the Pocket Pro Carbone 112 and the Rave Max HM 103 with an HA130 Curve stabilizer.

For wingfoiling, I used a 5 m² Ozone Fusion and the 95 cm Hawk V3 mast with an HA130 Curve stabilizer, in wind conditions between 15 and 17 knots. The takeoff was easy, and the upwind performance was impressive.

In conclusion, the RSX 570 will open the doors to speed with maximum accessibility, even if your piloting level is not very advanced. Its low range is truly impressive for its surface area. Don't hesitate to take it out as soon as the wind reaches 15 knots in wingfoil and windfoil, and from 7-8 knots in kitefoil to fully benefit from its potential.
