The spirit base is 100% blueberries, hand processed, fermented and aged on our farm then distilled in our column still Cecil, to produce our magnificent blueberry spirit. With botanicals of organic juniper, locally grown lemon, Australian vanilla & Australian cinnamon intensify the fresh and vibrant taste of blueberries, grown on the beautiful mid-north coast of NSW.

A perfectly balanced gin with a vivid colour and incredible long-lasting berry mouthfeel. Equally delicious with Long Rays dry tonic or with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic. Garnish with dried orange wheel and a sprig of lemon thyme. Try in a Blueberry 75 - amazing!

*To prevent possible discolouration over time, we recommend storing this gin in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Some sediment may be present. This is a perfectly normal characteristic and will not affect flavour or quality of the product.
