Meet Natsu,
A Platinum Fire Opal and Diamond Ring
Handcrafted during Japan's post-World War II's luxury revival era, this faceted fire opal ring showcases many of the key Art Deco elements that make Japanese Mid-Century jewelry so special: a high-set, floating center stone, scrolling platinum filigree along the gallery, sharp-styled prongs, and marquise-cut diamond accents to tie the design together. The "P.M" hallmark, opposed to the later-adopted "PT," dates the ring to the 1950s.

True to its name, the Mexican fire opal exudes a strikingly warm, orange body tone with facets that shine in the light. Light wear from a previous life can be seen across the surface of the opal's table facet. The piece makes the perfect companion for the person who appreciates luxury, art, and history.
