The Kaikea series is engineered for high-speed performance in large surf, emphasizing quick turns and stability at velocity. It's described as ideal for big waves & high speeds with a profile that offers early lift, rigidity, and responsiveness for serious foilers chasing energized waves. Following Lift Foils' general philosophy of using premium carbon fiber for strength, efficiency, and versatility across foiling disciplines.

Like other Lift front wings, it's constructed from high-modulus carbon fiber for durability and lightweight rigidity. These wings are optimized for a balance between speed, maneuverability, and efficiency.

The 77 Kaikea Front Wing has a surface area of approximately 77 in² (around 497 cm²). This small size positions it as a high-aspect or specialty wing for lightweight riders or advanced users seeking maximum speed and tight carves, similar to Lift's other smaller High Aspect wings.

It pairs with Lift's foil system, including masts, fuselages, and back wings (sold separately). It's compatible with surf, wing, kite, or eFoil setups.

The Kaikea series is distinct from Lift's core lineups like High Aspect (HA for glide and efficiency), Surf V2 (for all-around wave riding), Camber Pro (for pump and carve), or Havoc (mid-aspect for surfy turns and power). However, the Havoc 92 has a similar small size focus for high-speed efficiency but with a higher aspect for speed. If you're coming from larger wings such as the 150 HA, the 77 Kaikea would feel faster and more agile but require stronger conditions and skill to pump or connect waves.

Best for experienced, lightweight foilers (under 180 lbs/82 kg) in 4'+ waves. Not ideal for beginners due to its small size, which trades ease for speed. Expect quick response but less forgiveness.
