Granite + Smoke's recycled wool cushions are made from 100% post-consumer textile waste; 70% recycled wool + 30% recycled other yarns. Used wool garments are sorted by colour, broken down and re-spun into yarns. Woven on Jacquard looms they are double sided, a mid weight throw and hand-finished using traditional techniques in a historic, 150 year old mill in the North of England. Woven in small batches with all waste collected to use in other products. The bold patterns are inspired by London's graphic architectural landscape and modernist colours.
