This kit includes a RAM Spline Post with 4" PVC pipe and a 1" (B-Size) short double socket arm at the top that connects to the universal action camera/GoPro adapter.

The ball and socket components allow you to adjust your mount at virtually any angle, and offer the ability to collapse and stow away when not in use. Any action camera with a two-pronged attachment (including GoPro®) will work with the action camera adapter, and the bottom post will connect to any RAM Post/Spline base, such as the RAP-AAPU (sold separately).
