Our Phineas Case now for the Raspberry Pi 5 machined from 6061-T6 Aerospace aluminum.  The Phineas Case was designed for massive passive cooling in a clean modern design.  It fits Raspberry Pi 5 2GB, 4GB, 8GB AND 16GB models. There are precision and threaded holes on the bottom of this case for mounting to DIN rail or bolting to other assemblies.  A Polycarbonate button is designed into the case allowing actuation of the new power switch on the Raspberry Pi 5.  It also transmits light from the indicator LEDs thru the button.  The case has an opening allowing the GPIO 40 pin ribbon cable to pass out the side.  There is a thin slot and internal relief cut into the upper housing to allow a ribbon cable to pass thru for the PCIe port.  The CPU and Power Management IC have contact heat risers to pull heat into the housing.   The Phineas Case is fully CNC machined from 6061-T6 aerospace grade aluminum and includes all Stainless Steel hardware.  Also included is a packet of thermal grease, hex key for assembly, adhesive feet and super soft, electrically insulating ceramic/silicone thermal interface material for the Power Management IC riser.
