Founded in 2008 under the concept of creating “clothes you’ll still want to wear 10 years from now,” ORDINARY FITS is a Japanese brand rooted in simplicity, with deep attention to silhouette and construction. Every piece reflects craftsmanship honed over years at the brand’s own factory in Kojima, Okayama—Japan’s historic denim capital. Rather than chasing trends, the brand designs garments meant to become a natural part of everyday life.







Authentically reimagined vintage denim
Made from 14oz selvedge denim suitable for year-round wear, the fabric recreates the natural irregular texture of vintage denim. By intentionally avoiding singeing and skewing processes, it preserves the character and depth found in true vintage pieces.

The weave density is slightly increased, resulting in a more resilient denim that holds its shape and develops rich fades over time.

*Singeing: A process that burns off surface fuzz from fabric using gas burners.
*Skewing: A process that twists fabric fibers in the opposite direction of natural shrinkage to reduce warping after washing.





Classic workwear details, modern refinement
The front features a zipper fly with a V-shaped stitch—a construction detail seen in pre-1960s denim when backstitching machines were not yet available.



The coin pocket opening is finished with robust selvedge fabric, enhancing durability while highlighting traditional craftsmanship.



Suspender buttons at the waistband provide authentic vintage styling, while the rear cinch back adds both function and a nostalgic workwear aesthetic.



Back pockets are reinforced with exposed rivets for extra strength in high-friction areas—an homage to true workwear durability. An original bandana is included, adding a playful touch when tucked into the pocket.



When cuffed, the “red ear” selvedge detail appears—a hallmark of classic denim craftsmanship that lends a subtle, broken-in look to the hemline.





Cut in a wide silhouette with a naturally tapered fall, the design achieves balance through thoughtful pattern work and rounded stitching at the corners. The generous shape creates a relaxed yet structured look that adapts effortlessly to various styles.
