Simpson Cruiser 2.0 helmet is for drivers wanting great protection while still enjoying the wind in their face. An open face design allows the driver to wear goggles, glasses or sun glasses. The new Cruiser 2.0 is light and comfortable with classic Nascar styling. This helmet is ideal for autocross and driving school applications. Meeting SA2020 standards the Cruiser 2.0 is frontal head restraint ready, just install your post anchors and you are ready to attach your properly adjusted frontal head restraint device. NOTE: This helmet is Snell SA2020-certified and is broadly accepted by race organizing bodies and tracks through 2030. Always verify safety rules with your sanctioning body. The Snell Foundation recommends replacement after five (5) years from the date of manufacture. After this period, the helmet’s protective performance may diminish, and it may no longer meet safety requirements or be accepted for use in sanctioned events or competitions.
