"Sometimes complex illustrations can offer minimal designs. Like this hawk feather that I plucked from another work art. Remixed by mirroring and rotating in different ways, the fathers become a strong symbol. A statement in the room. The opposite side has the feathers repeated for a stronger repeat pattern. Finding elements within my artwork and remixing them and collaging them together to create new designs is a process of discovery I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of." - Sean
