A well balanced versatile sake that’s medium bodied with aromas of anise and cereal grain with a drying finish. Serve chilled, room temperature or slightly warmed. The green bottle, logo, and shoulder label express the generous, natural flavor of this organic Junmai, born from a philosophy of nature-focused brewing. The central label features a thundercloud motif, originally used on the long happi coats worn by the “Kagatobi,” the feudal firefighting brigade of the Kaga domain. This emblem has been used symbolically as the brand’s logo since its inception.
   
  
• Kagatobi SHUN- A Limited sake from Kagatobi! “Shun” represents fresh in Japanese. This sake is made with 100% Grade A Yamadanishiki from Hyogo prefecture.  With smooth texture and light, refreshing finish, you can enjoy its unique taste chilled alongside the seasonal flavors of each season.
