The climate control repair process is pretty simple!
• Step 1: Click on the buy it now button. (Please make sure to read the Tech Notes above prior to purchase, thanks!)
• Step 2: Package your part carefully so that it does not incur structural damage during shipment. Take it to the Post Office, FedEx, DHL or UPS and ship it to:

• Step 3: The heater control arrives for repairs! We will repair your item the same or next business day and ship it back to you promptly. We ship on Saturdays!!
• Step 4: Since this is your part it will return repaired, cleaned and ready for plug and play installation! It's that simple!

Warranty

This repair comes with a 1 year warranty.

We can repair all EATC's from 1996 to 2011 for F-150 (02-04), Town Car (96-97), Crown Victoria (98-11), Grand Marquis (98-11), Explorer (99-01) and Expedition (97-02). They must match the pictured style below. Here are some of the typical part numbers on these units:

You are responsible for shipping the part to us. We will return the part via USPS Priority or if you prefer expedited services you will have those choices during checkout (USPS Express or overnight)
