How to use:

•  Use after the first step, apply a thick layer of Noemi Intense Step 1.5 Lotion to the eyelashes or eyebrows and leave it on for 5 minutes before moving on to step 2.
•  If your eyelashes or eyebrows still look healthy, apply a thin layer of Noemi Intense Step 1.5 Lotion after the first step and leave it on for 2 minutes. You don't have to remove them, you can apply the setting lotion immediately.
