Part of the award-winning G-Series range, the blade of the knife has been created using CROMOVA18 stainless steel that is sharpened to a 15-degree angle proving unmatched cutting performance. • Global Kiritsuke Knife
  Introducing the new 15cm Kiritsuke from the Global range, which pays homage to the traditional 24cm knife esteemed by Japanese head chefs as a symbol of status. This smaller version features a slightly curved blade, enhancing its versatility for general cutting tasks, making it function effectively as a small chef's or cook's knife.
  
  
• CROMOVA 18 Steel
  Created using CROMOVA18 stainless steel that is ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56° - 58° which maintains sharpness for longer and resists rust, stains and corrosion longer than other steel.

  Based on Samurai tradition each Global knife has a hollow weighted handle to provide the right balance during use to provide excellent control.
