Each slot measures 7" long, giving you plenty of room for full-length blanks with excellent results. The mold is precision-milled from durable, virtually indestructible HDPE — no warping or cracking like flexible silicone molds.

This mold is strictly intended for tube-in / label casting. All standard casting resins perform great, including JB Royal Epoxy, Alumilite urethane, other epoxy resins, and polyester resins.

Important Notes:

• A good release agent is required. We highly recommend applying it thoroughly to the chambers and any plugs/inserts before pouring.
• For easiest demolding, use a rubberized dead blow hammer after full cure. Tap the bottom and sides, then flip and tap the ends on your workbench.
• Alumilite and polyester blanks typically release very easily. Epoxy blanks may need a few extra taps or a blast of compressed air.

Usage Tips:

• Always pressure cast when possible for bubble-free results.
• Test your setup in your pressure pot before full production runs.
• Clean the mold thoroughly after each use for maximum lifespan.
