The RAM-B-316-1-30-238U is a universal base from RAM that allows you to mount a light to medium weight item such as tablets, in a car safely and securely. No drilling required!

The RAM-B-316-1-30-238U consists of the RAM POD I universal No-Drill™ vehicle base, a 30” rigid aluminium rod, single 1" ball socket arm and diamond base adapter. The base connects to your seat rail without any need for drilling. The 30" rigid aluminium rod can be bent and articulated to position your device to its optimum viewing location.

The RAM POD 30" Vehicle Floor Mount (RAM-B-316-1-30-238U) will hold everything you need safely and securely. The diamond adapter base features a 1" diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to a 2.43" x 1.31" diamond base. The base has two holes 1.912" from centre to centre (matching the industry standard AMPS hole pattern) and will connect to a large variety of RAM® Mount and third party cradles.

For heavier devices (eg. laptop), we recommend the POD HD series or the RAM-316-3-202U, consisting of 3 rods instead of 1.
