This fee helps us dedicate the necessary time and resources to provide accurate, high-quality support rather than generic advice.

Every consultation pulls time away from active service work and paying shop labor, so in order to continue providing the highest level of support in the industry, Fluid Focus charges by the hour or half hour even if the conversation takes less time. No refunds will be given. 

This allows us to dedicate the necessary time to:
