An 8 inch x 4 inch, custom made, name plate with clear acrylic window, complete with 3 strips of double stick mounting tape on the back.  This is twice as tall as the normal Hargrove nameplate but the same width and thickness.

 Acrylic window slides from left or right side to easily insert paper containing name or message required.
