The Stainless Steel Rescue Litter is a premium rescue basket designed for technical rescue, wilderness rescue, industrial rescue, and patient transport operations. Featuring a complete redesign of the traditional Stokes-style litter, it incorporates a full 1-inch diameter top rail for improved handling comfort during extended carries while maintaining exceptional strength and durability.

Constructed with rugged stainless steel, Durathene™ netting, and a molded high-density polyethylene back support, this litter is built to withstand demanding rescue environments. Its steep-sided profile creates a narrower overall width while maintaining a standard-sized patient bed capable of accommodating most backboards. Rounded ends and a streamlined shape improve maneuverability in confined spaces, narrow passages, and difficult terrain.

The litter also features patented StratLoad™ Attachment Points that keep lifting hardware protected inside the top rail, reducing abrasion, preventing side-loading of carabiners, and helping maintain proper loading orientation during lifting operations. Each litter includes four quick-attachment litter straps and is UL Classified to NFPA standards.
