Sqair HEPA filter captures particles (PMs), pollen, moulds, allergens, dust and other air pollutants. It even captures viruses, bacteria and nanoparticles. The Sqair comes with a HEPA E12 grade filter as standard. Smart Air ran tests for different grades of HEPA filters when designing the unit, and they found that the HEPA E12 filter produced the best clean air results. It captures pollution down to the size of nanoparticles. This means it can trap airborne bacteria, viruses, pollen, dust, pet dander and more.

We believe the regular HEPA E12 filter will suit most needs, and it provides a higher CADR. If you'd prefer a higher grade filter that may be more suitable for those with allergies , we offer the Sqair with H13 HEPA, but we highly recommend the Sqair with a HEPA E12 filter across its full use of applications. The lifespan of the Sqair HEPA filter is approximately 1400 hours. This is roughly equal to 6 months if you use the cleaner 8 hours a day.
