An impressive porte-cochere distinguishes the Isabel home plan from the streetscape. Octagonal and diamond-shaped rooms are connected in an open floor plan, yet distinguished by elegant ceiling treatments and columns. Walls of glass grant endless views in every room of the Isabel floor plan. A side atrium with a fountain provides a unique outdoor living space. The entry from the porte cochere leads to the foyer. To the right of the foyer is the curved dining room and to the left is the curved study.  

The central room of the Isabel plan is the hexagon shaped living room. Windows look out to the rear lanai. To the right of the living room is the open concept kitchen, nook and leisure room. The kitchen has a large center island, a walk in pantry, and wrap around bar for additional seating. Looking over the bar from the kitchen is the breakfast nook and leisure room. The fireplace heats the entire area.

Beyond the leisure room is the cabana suite with private access to the rear lanai. There is an outdoor kitchen for additional entertainment space that is perfect for parties and family get togethers. There is a side atrium that is accessed from the leisure room and also from the guest suite. A second guest suite with bath is located on the same side and below is the utility room and three bay garage.

The opposite side of the Isabel plan is the master suite. The master bedroom has access to the rear lanai through sliding glass doors. There are two separate walk in closets. The master bathroom has double vanities with sinks. There is a Whirlpool soaking tub and a separate walk in shower.

Upstairs there is a bonus room, bath and walk in closet. The beautiful sprawling Isabel house plan offers 3825 square feet of living area, three bedrooms and three full baths. The plan is completed with a slab/stem wall foundation.
