Application

1. Use the brush on dry skin for 5 minutes daily to activate the lymphatic system. For best results repeat each step a couple of times.
2. Only use the brush with light pressure and be very gentle. NO pressing or scrubbing!
3. Start at the glands and stroke the sides of your neck lightly.
4. Brush outwards over your eyebrows circling your eyes.
5. Brush across your forehead.
6. Stroke outwards on your cheeks and your nasolabial lines. Brush along your jaw.
7. Brush outwards on your neck.
8. Brush from the center of your cleavage up towards your throat.
