Rachael Clewlow carefully documents her routes through the landscapes she explores using meticulously handwritten diaries, the contents of which form a key part of the process in creating her paintings, drawings and prints.

Sightlines, London 2017 is the culmination of a series of walks where the artist attempted to find routes across the city using the protected views of St Paul's Cathedral and other monuments where architectural planning restrictions inhibit development.
