• Measure 1 tsp of tea blend per 8 fl oz of boiling water 
• Pour the boiling water over the tea and let it steep for 10–12 minutes.
• For a stronger infusion, allow the tea to steep until it reaches room temperature.
• Strain and drink warm or room temperature.
• Drink 1-2 cups a day.
