This medium sized pendant has a sparkly blue sapphire on one side with a solid silver crown accent. The medallion on the other side of this pendant was made by hand hammering into a unique die depicting Our Lady of Guadalupe.   
Each element in this piece was created by hand. 
This can be worn with either side showing.
