A textural, low-alcohol Vermentino (locally called by its Ligurian name, Pigato) from brothers Damon and Jono Koerner, made from estate vines on Terra Rossa soils at Watervale in the Clare Valley. Fermented on skins in open vessels then aged in steel, unfined and unfiltered, it is hazy, savoury and driven by intense acidity. Robert Parker's Wine Advocate awarded the 2024 vintage 93 points.
