Each suite has a private bath and balcony. The second floor contains a master suite zone. The master features a wrap around views, his/hers closets and a utility room. The last zone features a studio/exercise room that can easily be converted into another guest suite.

The distinctive entry has a skylit, stainless steel cable suspended roof that cantilevers out from home. The home features corner less sliding glass walls and floor to ceiling mitered glass thru-out. The roof deck with functions as a sundeck, living garden and solar collector utilizes stainless steel cable railing.

All the levels of the home are accessed via a central wrap around staircase with an elevator equipped core. This also ascends to the rooftop terrace area.
